During my stay at Esplendor By Wyndham Tulum Nook, I encountered a minor issue with the check-in process. However, the staff quickly resolved it and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a room with a view of the beautiful pool area. The hotel had a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The food at the restaurant was delicious and varied, offering a different menu from time to time. The hotel amenities, like the spacious pool and jacuzzis, provided a great way to unwind. The helpfulness of the front desk staff made my trip much smoother and more enjoyable. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

It is a bit inconvenient that the hotel is far from the beach and takes pricey taxis to get there. the nearby road is busy and doesn't have a path for pedestrians. In terms of amenities, the fitness center was unfinished and the rooms lacked refrigerators.

The front desk took a couple of hours to check us in but eventually, we received our room.

Great pools and beautiful location surrounded by the jungle. We were fortunate enough to be close to the beach and town which made it easy to get around. The attentive staff was helpful in giving us great tips. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and free parking.
